We all want to be masters of our own destinies.  We all want to feel in control of our lives.  One of the biggest barriers to belief in God is that we don’t want to need anyone.  But what if this idea of self-control is an illusion?

Does pain and injustice prove that God is not good or God doesn't exist?

If big-G God has lost his appeal because we've mixed him up with a group of little-g gods who don’t exist, then how can we know what the true God is like?

Should we really believe something just because the Bible tells us so?
